Patrick Scanlon, CFI, CFII, over 7,500 hours experience. Patrick is a Cirrus Standardized Instructor who specializes in training students in technically advanced aircraft.
Patrick emphasizes a safe and fun learning environment. He has completed the Technically Advanced Aircraft Instructor programs at both the Cirrus and Cessna factories. He also regularly instructs in Cirrus, Cessna, Piper and Beechcraft aircraft.
Dan Nieuwenhuis, CFI, CFII, MEI. Dan has over 3,800 hours of flight time since 2003. Dan has extensive experience in training private, instrument, commercial and multi-engine pilots under CFR part 61 and 141.
With experience in Cirrus, Beechcraft, Cessna and Piper aircraft, Dan can help you begin your flight training or increase your proficiency. Dan believes that all pilots can fly with a standardized and professional attitude while still having a fun and exciting experience.
Will McClendon, CFI, CFII, MEI, CFIG (Glider instructor), over 4,000 hours and has been instructing since 1984.
Will is one of Scanlon Aviation’s Cirrus instructors. As an FAA Safety Team representative (www.faasafety.gov ), Will brings a strong commitment to aviation safety. He is an ideal instructor for the pilot looking to enhance proficiency in their VFR and IFR flying skills and operating procedures. Will also has experience instructing in taildraggers and floatplanes.
Talbot Martin , CFI .
Talbot has accumulated about 1000 hours of flight time since he started flying as a teenager. Almost two thirds of his flight time consists of primary flight instruction-teaching people the basics of how to fly. Talbot is a firm believer that anyone can learn to fly, and he truly enjoys sharing that experience with others.
